Supercell AI Hackathon 2025 Entry
During the hackathon, we managed to create a playable prototype exploring how artificial intelligence can create a more personal experience. We implemented AI into our NPC and gave him some behavioral parameters. Some of the parameters are static, like creating a backstory at the beginning and some are more dynamic, such as the drunkness level!
In the short gameplay, there's also an AI-generated puzzle and even an AI-generated treasure ending. We used a very limited model, Gemini 1.5, which turned out to be a perfect fit for a drunken pirate character.
Other features in the game include digging, collecting rum, and (mostly) hand-made 3D models, textures, and shaders!
For music, we got permission to use a few tracks from our friend, a talented composer. You can find him on Spotify under the name Aatraus.
